VARIETIES AND SEED BREEDING / LICENCE FOR VARIETIES USE
Conditions for the grant of the Breeders Right and protection define the Plant varieties Protection Law (in force from May 31, 2002)
Users of varieties have to take into consideration those sections in law:
Chapter III Plant Breeder rights
 Article 23 Scope of the Breeder's right
Article 24 Restrictions of Breeder's rights
Article 28 License contract
Article 35 Release of information on use of the protected variety
Chapter V Liability for violation of Breeder's Right
Article 38 Compensation for losses caused as a result of infringement of Breeder's Right
